Hear thee hear thee...

Guys and gals, I stumbled upon this site a while ago as a lurker. Picking info here and there that pertained to my goals and what-not. There has been so many great contributors here, surrounded by a wealth of information! So thank you to all the level 99'ers out there contributing their 2 cents!

Entrepreneurship and IM have recently added fuel to my already existing endeavors of achieving 'greatness' (purely relative & subjective), and i'm sure many of you feel the same way...that's why you're here! Defying convention and doing things on your terms, when you want how you want.

After listening to several podcasts for months, reading books from Gary V and MJ Demarco, forums blogs and general observation, I truly believe that most people have a glass ceiling when achieving success...I believe with hard work and right, tactful action, it can be done.

Enough with the yadda yadda, I'm here to solve a problem and i'd be very grateful if you could nudge me or shove me in the right direction, and perhaps someone else that may be lurking might get some value out of this too!...I think I have the answer to all this but some 'validation' would be appreciated.

In order to leverage a large audience and solve their problem, contribute and bring value, you first must know what the 4 p's are and where you stand...it especially helps if you know your truest and ultimate purpose, and starting with 'why" as Simon Sinek describes.

Right now, I am in the fitness industry...but more specifically, natural bodybuilding. Please keep in mind, i'm only disclosing this info to give you an idea of where i'm at: I've been at this for 12 years already and can say I have reached a level of 'expertise', as I'm a pro-natural bodybuilder in a natural bodybuilding organization and competed in the world's largest natural bodybuilding federation/show where I came first in the world for my class.

I've developed a, what I believe, killer e-guide with an awesome infographic on how to develop the perfect physique through x y z protocols. 12 years of experience synthesized from a professional. Right now its about 80% complete, it just needs to be outsourced via fiverr and done. Each opt link in to buy the guide on my website leads the viewer to an email-opt in page.

-My Instagram page has amassed just under 20k followers. Bodybuilding/fitness being my market/niche with some motivation/self development content here and there.

-I engage in 100% of my audience, every comment, every direct message I'll reply via video-message or if i'm on the go its text. Great to understand my audience, what questions and problems I can solve. Awesome for keyword ideas too as well as what problems my market has.

-I've got a stream-lined, mobile-friendly website up with a hand-full of blog posts up.

-Youtube is up but zero vids so far- working on editing 2.

-LinkedIn has 1,500 contacts.

Facebook business page has 30 likes, personal facebook page has about 660+ contacts.

I've data-mined the oldschool way and compiled a list of 200 webmasters within my market/niche on fitness, bodybuilding, fat loss, and self-development. Maybe 10 of those will put me up for guest posts. Who knows.

One thing I know for sure is that i'm more than willing to give 10x more than what i'm ever willing to 'take'...

Where do I all start?? I've developed an awesome personal brand (thats not subjective at all ;] ), incredible physique (some of the oldschool bodybuilders from the golden age have commented, followed and supported my IG page). I truly believe in my message in that dreams are achievable.

I'm close to running on E, have no means to advertise via facebook to get opt-ins or even a hard-sell to my landing page. So I haven't yet amassed an email list, I haven't set up an automated email-marketing campaign ( would you advise a drip campaign of free content, perhaps a 5 step series of x y z content and sprinkle in my product, then at the end ask for the back-end sale of x y z for a substantially larger sum?)

Webinars are always an option. I could have them opt in for that, offer some great informative content and have them either buy the e-guide or opt in for the back-end sale which would be 1-on-1 consultation for x y z amount of time (tips on funneling leads from a webinar? Not sure if after the webinar my mission should be to have them buy my front end product aka my eguide or 1-on-1 coaching aka back end)

Affiliates?? I've got several accounts on Instagram that i've built relationships with that have 100-250k+ followers. I could offer a 50-50 commission. Clickbank?


A little over-whelmed with the possibilities. I'm a little paralyzed when it comes down to taking the next actionable step. I've procrastinated long enough. Reading the next article won't set this thing into momentum....action will!
