Advice on getting more traffic to my Photos Website

So my website consists of a travel photos.

I'm curious what people suggest to getting more foot traffic for travel-photo interested visitors.

I have no intentions of monetizing this. Just increasing the number of visitors.

Suggestions for plugins, websites to post on, anything is greatly appreciated.

Example:
https://premium23.com/beaches-of-mex...a-de-tomatlan/

Main page:
https://premium23.com/travel/

Thanks again.

Instagram would definitely be the best spot for travel photos. Start researching hashtags and use them on your posts. It is the best way to get organic traffic to your site.

If you want to get more foot traffic you can start with the ones you already have. Start collecting optin subscribers and contact them often when you have more photos of a particular subject matter available. This is an easy way to get traffic for free, and as you can imagine, could spawn into a referring machine once your loyal subscribers share on their social media accounts. And spend some effort on making your site load faster.

Related FB groups and Google communities in the travel niche would certainly
be a good route in which to gain more related traffic.

Pinterest.com is a great option too. It can be a really great traffic source. Choose a free business account on Pinterest, this way you will have access to statistics as well.

Here is a video that shares some valuable Pinterest tips:

    Hi Leonidas,

Big fan of guest posting and promoting other bloggers here.

The simple way to get more traffic is to help other bloggers get more traffic to their blogs. You'd focus on promoting travel photo bloggers through your blog, through social media and really, through as many channels as possible. Bonds form. You become friends. Then 5, 10 or 50 travel bloggers:

    - promote you
    - endorse you
    - interview you

    boosting traffic to your blog.

Guest posting leverages your presence. Some travel blogging buddies will invite you to guest post on their blogs, expanding your reach and boosting your traffic.

Be super generous. Generous bloggers get connected and generate ample blog traffic.

  • You also need to make sure that your website is mobile compatible. It'll reduce your bounce rate (helping you keep more traffic).

Don't hesitate to link to or tag the websites or social media pages of the places that you go to. This will help you reach out to the fans of these places. Who knows, you might get asked to do a more in depth photo feature or get a deal for sponsored posts.

The fastest, easiest way to get more targeted traffic is to buy it! And since you didn't rule out that option, I think it's the best you can possibly do. Getting links and visitors is easy when you have the budget to pay for site exposure.

    The very best to you.

Definitely consider starting a blog. Search engines naturally crawl textual content. It could be a great way of getting your photos noticed!

If you are not already using Instagram, you have already lost a lot of time. Manage a Facebook and Twitter page for your website. Share content through it. Google Plus is also a good traffic buyer, if you use properly. Take advantages of Facebook groups and Google Communities. Share watermarked photos in them.

Hey, We have 2 types of techniques to promote our website/page: Off-Page & On-Page. Off-page are non-paid and on-page are paid techniques. Since you have mentioned you have no plans to monetize but just to create more traffic, I would suggest using off-page techniques. These include Blogging, Creating social media accounts, sharing your pictures to all the travel blogging sites and linking your page/site to these websites. Instagram and Facebook serve the best medium to promote your websites. The plugin you can use is User Post Gallery: where you can not only share your pictures but can invite pictures from the viewers as well. This would help create a personal touch between your website and the audience.
