Im looking for a simple Wordpress lead capture

I just need a simple pop up or something that says 'Enter your email address for a call back'...

If anyone could help that would be great

You've asked, in your title, for the "best lead capture" for Wordpress. Have you ever considered that a simple pop-up may not be the best for your particular situation?

There are endless alternatives and options for generating leads. Pop-ups are despised by many people.

The best you can do is test and track different alternatives to see what works best for your campaigns. It may be that having more than one type of lead capture is the best you can do.

Hello Bar has a free WordPress plugin, you will sign up for a account at HelloBar.com and you will be presented with a WP plugin you can use on your website. They offer bars, sliders, modals and takeovers as far as the different style of popups.
