I think what I would do is search online for gun merchants that interest me and then see if they have an affiliate program that I'm comfortable with.

  • That's a good idea instead of just searching for affiliate programs explicitly.

I doubt you will find many because of the regulations involved in purchases of firearms on line. Although, companies like Cabelas, Field and Stream, Bass Pro shops all have affiliate programs and sell firearm accessories which can be purchased online

      Kay,

Maybe you're thinking of "Browning" (a long time gun, clothing and accessory manufacturer)?

Just a word of caution about anything to do with "guns"...

Awhile back, I owned a domain name with the word "gun" in it. Numerous times my site was hacked by gun haters even though it sold nothing.

The anti-gun crowd is very vocal and sometimes malicious. There is a good chance you will have problems of various kinds if you are associated with guns. Sooner or later they will find you.

So at least, go into this market with the thought in mind that there are potential problems.

Guns are usually sold offline, and the laws for selling firearms are highly restrictive. However, there is a large and robust market of gun owners (not just hunters or target shooters).

Roughly 42% of residents in the US own at least one gun. And many of them are open to other self-defense products, survivalist preparation ("preppers"), paramilitary gear, etc.

Targeting current and former personnel in the military, security, law enforcement, etc is especially quite lucrative.

[Hint: Even anti-gun activists have guns and are huge buyers of security and personal protection devices. ]

    Hello!
    Just came across a website - "https://gun.deals"
You may go through it as they have joined plenty of affiliate programs of gun manufacturers/merchants.

Buying a gun online is no big deal at all.

I have purchased almost every single gun I own online because I got a better deal / no sales tax compare to buying locally.

It just has to be sent to a local FFL dealer who will charge a nominal fee for handling the transaction. I've always paid like $20.

I know someone who reviews guns on YouTube and runs a giveaway for it. Builds a huge email list doing it.

I don't think this is all that common, however, you can reach out to some gun manufacturers and ask if they have an affiliate program. If you have something to offer them, such as, high web traffic on a website or a following, then you may get a deal.

Guns are the leading resource for all goods related to the shooting sports. The affiliate program is a great way to earn income while sharing our products with your website visitors.
