Right now we have top level domain that gets a decent amount of traffic from our many different partners. The problem is, this could put our company's transactional + customer support emails at risk of getting sent to the spam folder.
And right now we're having that issue. We believe a partner sent out an email campaign that was too aggressive and now many of our customer service emails are bouncing. So we need to find a solution so we can assist our customers.
We're thinking about doing a few things:
1) Routing our customer support emails through Amazon SES
2) Routing our customer support emails through a new domain/sub-domain on a new server/ip
Do you have an opinion on this? Or is there something else we should do?
