Is Thrive Architect an option? Any others?

I like the fact that the text inside the graphics can be highlighted. That means google can read it.

go to a site like canva and make them or go to fiverr and buy them.

they are not really cool nor are they difficult

There are different designing software available that you can used to create beautiful Blog post. Like
1. Canva
2. Adobe Photoshop
3. Illustrator
