Bing ads account blocked. Please help

Good day everyone

Recently i tried advertising with bing. I opened an account and tried to add my card as a payment option

I have no problems with my card because i use it for other online transactions.

So i tried to add my card and then got a message saying my account has been blocked and i should contact support.. which i did
The person in charge assured me everything would be fixed only for me to get a mail few hours ago saying the decision was permanent and there was nothing i could do
I tried calling.. same old same old

Now I'm considering closing the account and opening a new one..

If i delete my microsoft account, would the bing be automatically deleted too?
I've tried explaining to them but they won't listen. I need an alternative.. and my niche doesn't really give me a lot of alternative advertising options

    Don't waste our time with AI algorithms something caused a "glitch" and it won't go through. This kind of condescending shitty attitude from those giants just don't deserve any of your pennies at all. Contest their crap with your wallet.

    Of course, it is very unlikely that there not much alternative whatever the niche you are in, that can simply not be true. If it's a so 'hard niche' then what you need is a process, that's it. All depends on if you're in for a quick buck or the long term run.

    From my inside knowledge your account has been flagged. There are many reasons for this.When an account has been flagged they can sometimes ask you to submit extra info and then they investigate, otherwise it's a permanent closure. When an account is closed in this manner the people who you spoke to will not have the reasons, those reasons are within a non customer facing department.

    There is nothing you can do about this. It's an open and shut case. You can try opening another but if you are using the same card it will almost definitely happen again.

      Hello sir.

      When i contacted the customer care he said he needed extra info.. which i gave him. After all i didn't falsify anything so i had nothing to fear. It just really surprised me seeing the mail that the decision was final.

    Is it a virtual credit card? They flag those almost instantly.
