I am on my third horror novel and need visability.

I have 2 novels finished, one is on everywhere but Amazon for free (Amazon will be free next week I hope.), the second book will go live about June 10th and will be $2.99. I have a podcast and am creating many lead magnets. From here I am ready to market, I will do some Facebook marketing and Google Adsense, any other suggestions?

Are you in any Facebook groups? Some people are willing to help give honest reviews which always helps. But make sure you read the rules of each groups. Not all allow promotional posts.

In the past, there have been multiple threads here at the WF about web sites online that offer free exposure for new books. Have you searched the archives of this forum for book marketing suggestions and ideas?

Here is just one excellent thread.

There are lots of others if you care to look.

    The best to you,

When it comes to book marketing, I frequently mention that promotion is something authors need to think about early -- even before your books are published. A part of that is building your author platform and gaining visibility

    Yes

Perhaps you should visit forums where aspiring novelists are and ask where they have posted their work for the greatest effect.

I have a sister who writes fan fictions that accumulate thousands of views, and hundreds of rabid followers who are dying to read any of her work.

They even donate to her patreon. (Albeit not in large amounts).

Basically, I would start by finding sites where people can submit stories and displaying some of your work. Most of these sites allow you to add social media links and links to your website.

In the writing space, some free works allow you to really build a passionate following.

I like what you are doing so far. Build your friend network on a site like Triberr, where tons of other authors hang out and share each other's content. Cross-promoting expands your reach, boosting your visibility. Consider starting a self-hosted WP blog too. Fab compliment to your podcast. More visibility and it'll be necessary if you really want to use Triberr effectively.

You can also use Instagram to promote your books. By the way, these are your first books or you've published something before already? I'm really interested in it

You need to get a seat on book and horror related events such as book day festival, necronomicon, etc. Improve social profiles, engage your audience, create polls for them to choose stuff you can further use in your writing, devepol partnership with different thematic groups in facebook, ask people to write reviews on your book. Do live translations from events, presentations on social media.
