Who is familiar with 2checkout?
I have some questions 
1. Once you have an account are you able to use it to aCcept payments on all your websites?
2. If yes, is it possible to generate a "button" on the fly (like in paypal: you set a price and a download page, and you are done)
3. Do they review each and every product or service you are going to sell?
3. How often are your earning mailed?
4. Are there special requirements to be accepted?
