C'mon... you're smart enough to figure this out for yourself.

First, different affiliates may promote "3 week diet", "2 week diet", and/or "red detox". One may choose to promote all 3 products at different times. Another affiliate may choose to only promote red detox" (i.e. because it is new to the marketplace, for example).

Each of those affiliates have their own unique list, so you increase the chance of reaching a growing number of potential buyers with each front-end product you release. The release of a new front-end product might even double your previous buyer's list - giving you that many more potential customers for your back-end product(s).

In addition, each of those front-end products might have the same back-end sales funnel, or they might all have a different back-end.

If the sales funnels are different, make sure you keep the lists segregated so that you can promote the right back-end products to each list.

Lastly, if the back-end funnels are reasonably related, you can effectively cross-sell to multiple of those funnels. For instance, after you've promoted the back-end product(s) for "3 week diet" to the buyers of that product, you can lead them right into a series of promotional emails for the "red detox" funnel.

Because when they have a big buyers list, they can promote their product to their big list and keep 100% of the profits.

When they come out with a second product, the idea is to build an even bigger list...and so on.

So when they launch the product, they send out an email to their list and make a ton of money.

I don't know about that particular offer, but a few years ago, most in the fitness/diet space went to selling supplements on the backend.

Which are incredibly lucrative.

You can bottle and deliver most supplements for like $ 5. And sell it for like $ 40.

Imagine, if on average, each buyer buys 3 bottles per year.

Buy their product.

See what their backend looks like.

If they are a competitor to you, it's not a bad idea to buy their product and learn (not guess) what their backend machine is like.

If it is supplements ...

That could be why.

They are completely different revenue streams with different funnels set up. With one particular product they may be trying to penetrate a particular market.

Why would you have a generic lose weight list of 150,000 when you could have 50,000 that are interesting in losing weight in 3 weeks, 50,000 that want to lose weight in 2 weeks, and 50,000 that are interested in detox.

This type of list segmenting is a very clever strategy. There are many other reasons why they would do this, especially if they want to sell solos, they will have more targeted lists or if they are also promoting other peoples products again the lists are more targeted.

Don't forget as well you are much better off separating a list of buyers that has paid $10 from those that have paid $50.

They're using Clickbank to build a list of buyers. They're paying affiliates 90-100% commissions to build this buyers list for them.

They're making their profits on the backend by promoting products to this list. Eventually, this list will burnout.

People unsubscribe from email lists all the time, so they offer 90-100% commissions on all Clickbank products to keep a fresh list of buyers.

I forget the product, but when it went affiliate, 600,000 affiliates joined up and began selling. 600,000 human beings selling something with the product creator making 10% is better than 1 human being selling something at 100% profits. Abundant way of thinking. This is why I network like mad; when I step away from the computer, all my blogging buddies promote me and mention me and buy my stuff. Passive element to my business, like an affiliate element.

Simply: you can build a more large and responsive list.

Using also affiliate's buyer list. Then market these new hot leads who are buyers. (back end, cross selling, oto, etc)

When a product is released to the Affiliates the owners have already done the research and feasibility of what kind of an audience the product can attract. After doing that instead of going all out and selling their product they give it to the affiliates.

Imagine if they were selling this product by themselves they would really have to spend a lot of time and effort in creating a proper sales machines. So they just give this job to the Affiliates and in return upto 90% profits.

The very important principle they are using is "Money is in the List." They will certainly have their own autoresponder series where they are not just selling their own products but are also selling other affiliate products that are in the similar niche. So per customer they make a lot of money on the back end. Sometimes in the upto $10 per email on their list. This means if they have a 100K people they will be making 1M from that list. And so on.

In the end they have just mastered this technique of getting the best traffic they can get by putting other people to work.

It is similar to how companies create franchises or how car manufacturers give car agencies to sell their cars.

There are very few like Apple who build their own products and sell it from their own stores. Only Steve Jobs can think of such a thing.

Other people follow the tried and tested methods.

If you like creating products then create the product and put it on the affiliate networks for affiliates to get sales. If you like just marketing or earning commissions then you become an affiliate and sell someone else product.

Its a win - win situation. Everyone wins.

Simple the creator pays out high commissions pay out to entice affiliate s to advertise and sell their products like wildfire. They ensure that they are building a huge email list of fresh customers like clockwork.

But then how do you get affiliates to promote your product when you've never run traffic to it yourself?


I have a digital product that was doing great on our own, but our main source of traffic that converted the best (Facebook) doesn't like our diet offer and thus we can't run ourselves.


If I put it up on ClickBank, nobody's going to see it, nor promote it
