Marketing Plan For A Visuel Content Creation Website

Hi everyone
|-This is my first participation in this forum-|
So I am a developer , I have created a website that took me roughly a year to implement the core functionalities and some styling stuff , I can say that he is in beta now .
The main function in this website is an "application creator/editor" ,so people can use images videos sounds and other forms of data that I've implemented , and then attach some events/actions that occurs after a user click over a particular area on this application
,the application is generated in html/javascript/css so it runs only in browsers ,but I look forward to extend it into standalone desktop and android application.
The problem is I dont know what are the exact group of people/cutomers to target neither how to do that,with that editor people can create applications in any category so I think there is no tageted niche in my case.
So to resume my problems in some questions they are:
-What group/type of people should I aim for ?
-How and where can I target that group of people intersted in (visuel content creation)?
And lastly ,I am going to launch the website in beta test just to see how things are going on.
-So some advices on launching a website beta test are welcome

    Can't picture it, but it sort of sounds like your site is>>>

    for whatever reason I go there.

    I see a part of the screen, click on it, and SOMETHING happens. A video begins, a sound or something happens...am I getting close?

    WHO were you thinking of when you set out to create this? Who did you think might benefit from it? How is it different than what is already out there?

    I don't know who your target market might be, but cross the blind off your list. Can you help us understand it a little better.

    Say, I have a Golf site. My visitor comes, sees a green, clicks on the ball and it begins to roll in the cup and a video comes on...can your thing do this?

      Thanks Gordon ,
      So the original idea was that people can create entertaining and interactive application
      in diffirent fields and categories(education,music ...) ,one can share the application directly on the website so people can come to use it or he can make it private and generate the code to implement it in his own website .
      Its a bit like "Youtube" but instead of videos people share their own visual interactive creations.
      And for you last question ,I dont realy understand how a ball can roll in a cup but ,I've implemented a way to display animations through a series of frames and also a timer that execute actions after a certain delay ?!
      So the only thing I need to know is how/where to target people who are willing to create visuel interactive contents ,share them with others or just use them for their personal use .
