You gotta give more info - what kind of roadblock? There are tons of obstacles that can stand in the way of our success. Everything from mindset to finances to family issues to health and much more.

Whenever I hit a roadblock, I start shooting. I'm telling ya, those coppers ain't taking me alive! I ain't going back to the pen, no way, no how.

I take a step back and look at the BIG PICTURE

What is my ultimate objective?

I then zoom back out to see the steps I've taken.

A little bit of perspective goes a long way.

Go traveling, playing a game, take a cup of coffee or keep relaxing for some days. Then restructure and gather all problem you're facing. Resolve them one by one.

Smoke some weed or go for a walk. For me it's either cloud my head or clear my head to get unstuck. Writing stuff down usually works wonders as well. Get's the grey matter moving. Not a Google document but writing on actual paper.

A) Expect to hit roadblocks and have a plan to deal with them BEFORE you encounter.

B) Move. If hitting it head-on isn't working then can you go over, under, around? If you're feeling frustrated or confused, great - either make a different choice, or any choice at all. Roadblocks often come down to decision making.

C) What can you learn from the roadblock? It's attempting to tell you something and it shouldn't be ignored. Use it as an opportunity for growth KNOWING there is ALWAYS a solution.

D) Get help. Find someone who's done it. Join a mastermind. Form alliances.

Well...I did not understand the exact question...but when I am stuck somewhere i try myself to get out of it..I don't wanna run from any problem but I wanna face that issue to solve it so that I don't have to face again....

I take a short break and clear my mind, normally when doing this, some ideas pop into my head and when returning to the issue, it's easier to figure out the next steps.
