VA from phillipines cost

Hello,

How much do you need to pay a VA to do the following when just starting out.



Customer support(answering emails)fulfillment(making the orders to the suppliers and paying them).And doing product research finding products that i can create a FB ads campaign around on with a specific methodology that will allow me to do upsells. I have a job but i need help as i won`t have time in the begining do do anything else exepect 1-2 hours a day on my store for.... the ads.

I need the rest of the part outsourced how much will that cost?

    Filipinos have a reputation for having affordable rates, but it still depends on how skilled they are and how many years they've been VAs. I usually hire from Onlinejobsph, and their new freelancers will often have the cheapest rates, around $1-$2/hr. The more experienced ones charge around $3-$5/hr, though there are some who charge higher than that. But I have seen plenty who still charge at the $1-2/hr rate despite having years of experience under their belt, so choose carefully.
