What is the best membership platform/site

Hey guys Im trying to build a membership site for life coaching. I love the one at digitalmarketers.com does anyone know the platform/plugins that they use?

    If you are talking about their certification courses then they look like they are using learndash.

    There are several additional add-ons which play well with learndash but there are many good membership plugins or platforms that you could use. It just comes down to what you want to invest and what technical skills you have to implement whatever you choose.

      Thanks so much for your response! I want to be able to allow the members to have access to all the videos and modules that come in the monthly package but allows list other programs inside of the portal for them to purchase. I am probably a 7 out of 10 when it comes to tech stuff!

    Here's a question for you: Why do you need the best platform?


    I'm being very serious here. The very best platform/software will cost you thousands of dollars for a license. But do you really have a need for all the bells and whistles that it will give you? Do you have thousands and thousands of members? Do you have special or custom programming needs?


    You see, in my experience, there are some robust WordPress themes that will handle 95% of all membership site needs very easily. No, they are not technically "the very best" money can buy . . . but my guess is . . . you don't really need the best - it would be a waste for you.


    So the answer you're looking for is this - list all the features and benefits you need in a platform, then go shopping for reliable and credible solutions that offer exactly what you want (but don't pay for more than you need).

    I've used MemberSonic and Optimized Press, both are quality applications with excellent Support. There are also Free alternatives(i.e. wp-members) to start out with and graduate to the paid solutions.

      I like MemberSonic also. They also have a whole suite of plugins for a very low price which includes themes, membership plugin of course, course type plugin, content plugin, help desk plugin.

      On top of that, they have integrations with most autoresponders so that when a user subscribes to your membership, it automatically places them into your autoresponder (major point)

      Overall, the plugin is very simple to use and learn and priced very well in an area where most membershp plugins are priced over $100 dollars for just the membership plugin.
