Hi everyone!

I'm currently in the process of putting together a product (training courses) that will include videos, screenshots, research, etc., but I've never sold anything like this online. I'm familiar with Clickbank, Clickfunnels, etc., and somewhat familiar with affiliate marketing. I don't have any email list to sell this to, so my plan was to run ads to a landing page where I'll offer upsells, downsells, etc.

However, I'd also like to put the product up on Clickbank (open to suggestions). So, since this is my first launch, does it make sense to partner up with someone with experience with this type of thing, or should I just go for it alone?

Product launch still a few weeks out, so looking for some advice! Thanks.

Do you have any experience running ads?

In my opinion, partnering with an experienced marketer is a good idea. When you launch a product, there are likely to be a number of loose ends that you need to tie up.
If you are planning to go big, it makes sense to either partner with someone or engage a good launch manager to help you with your launch.

If you know what you are doing and have prepared for any consequences,
you may go for it alone.
Be sure to set your stop-loss order in advance.
    You're on your way.

I don't see why you can't just do it yourself? Are you really willing to give away the profits of something you've already done most of the work for?

Depends on the contacts you have - if there are already people that you know will promote your product, especially people with large lists, then you do not need to partner.

Otherwise partnering up with a more experienced marketer is definitely a good idea as getting people to promote a new product is incredibly hard if you are unknown as a vendor.

It might be simpler for you to run your own ads. If you're at a stage yet where you've already tested the market and created demand yourself, you won't really know what instructions to give your sales guy. I would wait before you can establish a working process and then hand over the reigns

I think I'm just going to go for it! Sometimes I think one of the best ways to learn is just by going out there and learning. Will probably learn more by going at it alone the first time, as opposed to partnering. Thanks for the input, everyone!

As this is your first launch, you should definitely partner with someone who has more experience than you.

Try searching for some publishing agencies or individuals who are weathered with product launches. There are multiple steps and you shouldn't fail midway. I know of Lurn, they help new marketers to publish their products.

You should definitely go for getting your product listed on affiliate platforms like clickbank and jvzoo.

Rest, I am sure you have done enough research and would be knowing a lot by now.

Best of Luck for your product launch..

    Shubho
