Where do you store you launch files?

When creating a launch, where do you usually store your downloadable files for buyers to download after making purchases? your web hosting (next to your website files)? cloud storage?
What's the best practice?
Mine is around 30+ MB and it's a software.
If you choose a cloud storage, what would be your suggestion to choose a good and free service? speed, good bandwidth, concurrent connections, no wait time, giving direct link.
