Hey Community,

I would like to recieve some feedback:

A friend of mine just recently reviewed an IM Online Course he bought and on a very basic level did affiliate marketing.
He earn so much in Affiliate Commission, that he got the course paid back and earned a bit more by reviewing the IM Online Course he bought.

So I thought: Why not buy MANY Online Courses and make some reviews in Order to become affilate and earn money buy beeing affiliate for the IM-Pros.
Actually I have access to a few IM Online Courses and it would be easy for me to create an SEO-Optimized Website and maybe do Youtube Videos or other Promotions.

What do you think? Good Idea or bad Idea?

Pro:
- Commissions are high (up to 50%), Prices are high (3-4 digit per Course)
- Quite fast to create & test

Contra:
- A lot of the best IM-Marketers dont do classic Affiliate Marketing.
JV Launches or very selected Partners. So it would be hard for me to become Affiliate Partner with them.

Let me know what you think and what thoughts you have.
Cheers
Troyyy

  • its a good idea and I was actually doing it before, but now we have ou own business so we stopped,
    but Idea is good,
    BUT
you have to be consistent and make a good videos! its not an easy task but worth it!
  • Hi Troyyy!

I think that is an awesome idea! Just focus on one course at a time and be thorough so its not a bare bone review and it should work.

Ive seen others give away bonuses for having people purchase through their link. Depending on how you do your affiliate marketing would determine if this is an idea to try.

I would like to see your reviews. Good luck Troyyy

  • I'm confused. So your friend created a review of a course he bought, and the review made more money for him that it surpassed the cost of buying the course. Is this correct?

And you want to do the same thing - by buying other courses, and making reviews for affiliate commissions?

There's nothing wrong or particularly *special* about that. Seems like a basic affiliate strategy. But I could be misunderstanding on your point of view. Let me know if I have it correct.
  • Great Idea, you could use PLR products and repurpose them as your own and make even more money
  • there are several websites doing that already that you can get ideas from

just google any wso product, and you'll find stuff like "don't buy _____________ until you read this review" or "is ______________a scam, watch this video"

    or etc

many reviews give what they consider to be pros and cons about the product

and many say, if you really want to make money online, check out my recommended product...
  • You can go this route Troy. My thing would be; can you buy, use and vouch for a high enough volume of courses to make a steady income AND to maintain your credibility. You will be reviewing and promoting a bunch of stuff, so you may appear to be a bit of a shill to folks, if that number of products grows too high.

Just a thought buddy. I'd focus on a few core products, then promote these 2-3 products freely, through reviews and also, through helpful, content rich blog posts tackling that niche.

  • What is "classic affiliate marketing?"

I don't know any "best" IMers who don't promote affiliate products.
