Email marketing is the way to go. There is a lot of literature on in available online for free.

I would imagine creating a weight-loss blog and recommending CB products in the content you publish is one way to go about it. A lot of work, but it can be done if you put your mind to it. I've delved in this sort of marketing strategy myself, in several niches. It works if YOU work.

- Research your audience online to find out exactly what they are looking to buy.
- Position your business to supply the wants/needs/desires/preferences of your well-defined niche audience. Try to be unique in some aspects of your business so your prospects will pay attention to you and trust you.

- Put up a simple WordPress web site on your own domain and begin filling it with useful, helpful content that will attract targeted prospects. Be sure to begin taking subscribers by offering them something valuable and unique in the niche. Nurture those subscribers with consistent, valuable emails.
- Distribute your content to venues that will be seen by your targeted prospects, always with links back to your site and other content. Authority sites in your marketplace are a good place to begin.
- Create a valuable product that you can sell. (You can also have this product made for you). Sign up for top quality affiliate programs that cover products in your niche. (I know you want to sell as a CB associate, but you'll be better off if you also have your own products).

- Set up a selling system capability on your site. Include a funnel or back-end selling system.
- Pump all or most of your profits back into the business to help you get traction.
- Test and track the results of every campaign offer. Optimize the best offers and dump the worst ones.
- Focus on consistency of effort, quality of your offerings, and the way you treat your prospects and customers.
- Rinse and repeat over and over and over.


Of course, you knew all this since you've been lurking for 11 years. But maybe it will help someone new to IM.

Don't neglect offline media including newspapers, magazines, trade journals, postcards, telemarketing etc. I sell high gravity weight loss products almost exclusively through these methods.

I'd go for instagram and e-mail.

'Promoting' is different from 'marketing', (or at least a mere part of it) and so, if you have control over the products content, advice such as 'prove it can work' is the aspect you should focus upon firstly; The presentation and content of your product.
