I'm looking to get as much info as I can on "squeeze pages". I don't have a website or blog but I'm wanting to do affiliate marketing on a small scale as passive income and work my way up to a landing page, blog and eventually selling my own products. This is not my first time at affiliate marketing mind, I want to take a different approach.

Any info or suggestions that I can get would much appreciate.

I'm also open to a mentor if anyone is willing and available!

I was using Instabuilder for awhile but it never seemed to work 100% of the time. I am now using WP Profitbuilder and I love it.

Sorry, I don't do mentoring because I am not good enough myself. However, if you have the cash, a lot of the big boys on WarriorPlus offer mentoring, but it ain't cheap.

Can I suggest that you're getting the cart before the horse? IMO, you should start with the blog. Why? It will allow you to begin writing content in the niche, and most importantly, you can begin gathering email subscribers for your audience.

Starting with affiliate marketing means you aren't capitalizing on your traffic and you don't have a web site (home base from which to operate). And don't expect to earn much in affiliate commissions without being able to refer your traffic to your site. Your potential for earning will be so much greater once you have developed a responsive audience that trusts you, consumes your content, and buys on your recommendations.

    The very best to you,

So, from what I understand, a website or blog is not needed. I do have content from a previous website. Would it be reasonable to just create a landing page? Or, as you suggested, just start a blog. I understand that it takes money to make money (which is at short supply at the moment) but in order to spend money, I have to make money....

Squeeze pages are easy to create. I like OptimizePress, but you can always design your own. My squeeze pages always consist of the following:

    1) Big bold headline
    2) Image of ebook
    3) Information that people will learn from ebook
    4) Email newsletter opt-in form

Take some time in creating some using a website builder. Study other peoples' pages and emulate style and structure. Be sure to test any new squeeze pages you come up with.

I think my biggest issue is the hosting aspect of website/squeeze page. What's my best option for domain hosting? I have an open account with wp (because that seems to be the most popular) but, for me, it's difficult to navigate. I have also used www.yola.com which seems to be better for me. Any thoughts on "yola"?

        1. Purchase domain
        2. Purchase hosting along with domain, from somewhere like namecheap, and itll be set up for you.
2a. If wordpress is confusing, just purchase a domain with a registrar like namecheap
        2b. make squarespace/whatever account.
2c. Follow instructions from squarespace on how to point your domain to your squarespace hosted site (via DNS settings)

The hosting stuff ... is likely the easiest part in all this.

What kind of affiliate marketing experience do you have? It doesnt sound like you have much of a clue as to what youre getting into. I really mean that in the nicest way possible, as most of us have been there and made it out alive.

As someone else had alluded to, you will waste a ton of money and energy "starting small." If you you dont have an established site or audience or following or the like, be prepared to dish out cash in google adwords, where you will likely waste a ton of additional cash trying to figure out why you are driving traffic but not getting any conversions or emails or ... anything.... for your adwords dollars. The snowball, at that point, is just getting started.

Shoot me a message or add me on skype, I'd be happy to answer questions or help any way I can.

Actually affiliate marketing can be done without a website. There are certain ways that you can do so easily and make you a considerable and sustainable profit while doing it. See whether this is useful. Hope it helps you!

If you're avoiding the time and costs of building a website which requires purchase of a domain name and purchase of hosting ect., consider Leadpages or Click Funnels which provide excellent hosted Landing pages. In the future, you may want to invest in your own website and I would recommend Optimize Press.

What exactly are you looking for? All a squeeze page is a small page to capture information.

It's normally best if you have your own domain and hosting to host it.

What Steve said LoveSymbol....and here's why.....

A few days ago at Affiliate Summit East I met a brand new affiliate marketer. They gave me their card. One link; to a squeeze page. I had no way to contact her, to help her, to befriend her and to build a bond with her. The only way to continue a bond was through her email list, so of course I threw out the card and closed out the site. Gone. Forgotten.

You earn passive income by earning trust, and you earn trust by being open, transparent, easy to contact, knowledgeable and helpful. Start a blog. Prove you know your stuff and let readers slowly bond with you through blog comments, email, and social media. The money is in the contacts, the skills, the connections, the friendships. Blogs are the best tool for checking all these boxes buddy.

I know it can be tricky fitting all of the info you need on one squeeze page. I'm a big fan of this free 'high converting' bootstrap theme: https://bootstrapthemes.co/item/back...page-template/

It gives you a bunch of content options and is perty.

Well, I'm guessing that you want to build a list - hence the squeeze page - am I right? Or is there some other purpose for it?

Pretty sure email marketing service like Aweber, Get Response, and Sendlane have landing pages you can use as your squeeze page. You can start with free trials, or spend as little as $9 monthly on Sendlane, although it will cost more once your list starts to grow. You wouldn't need hosting - they can host your landing pages for you. I'm not advocating one of these companies over the other - it boils down to which you prefer and which has the tools that will meet your needs.

Put up a landing page for each product you're promoting and have your prospects "opt in" to your list, then send them to the product. Use your list to promote other products on the back-end. I don't know how you start much smaller than that.

Wealthy Affiliate is a newbie trap. There are also people on that site who are even more clueless than the majority here, (that's saying a lot) and will give you horrible "advice."

    Beware!
