Please, help me why google is not fetch posts in search engine ?

Hello,

It is really urgent google is not fetch posts in the search engine. what is the error ? I need to configure google web console.

    Hi,
    first thing you need to do is to submit your website to Google:


    put "submit website to Google" in the Google search field and follow simple instructions.


    Make sure your web pages have a title and then repeat the title in the first paragraph.


    Have keywords related to your title and make sure each post it at least 250 words long.


    Once your website is recognised by Google post a video to Youtube with a link back to your website.


    As Google own Youtube it will help your web page to be ranked quickly by Google and will often do well in the search engines.
