A Question for EPN Affiliates

I work with EPN through one of my websites. I drive a certain amount of sales/earnings for them every month. Its enough to be its own thing (for this website). Its it own business.

A few months ago I planted the seed of a new website. The website is starting to rank #1 for a few of the first posts that I wrote. Right on schedule.
I have these pages "monetized" through EPN links set aside on its own campaign right now. so I can monitor separate from my main site.

The problem is I want to separate this site entirely from my main site. The way that ebay pays is too obscure. The two sites cannot be on the same account. Why?
Let me explain. Ebay seems to pay on a future incentive system, and its not always ideal. For example.... sometimes I will make $1000+ in sales on my main site and I will actually be in the negative for the day for earnings. I understand this to be due to possibly several things like returns, sales patterns, if sales are down they seem to punish you. If sales are up every day from the day before? They will compensate you nicely and really pay you more than you earned. But, if your sales are going down steadily.... it doesnt matter how much sales you are making. They will treat you like you are dying.

I say that to say this..... I looked at my sales for the 19th and I am responsible for approximately $500 in sales. Ebay earned $30 on these sales and they gave me -$8.40. Thats right, I paid ebay $8.40 to sell $500 worth of products for them.

This happens from time to time and is frustrating but its part of the nature of working with EPN. The problem is when I looked at sales from the 19th, I see that my new site made its first sales and apparently earned $15 in commission. I earned $15 in commission and still was in the negative. You can see why I want to make these websites seperate. Does ebay allow multiple accounts? How is this done?

I've tried to reach out to Ebay/EPN but they simply dont respond to multiple (different) inquiries over the past year. I literally cant even get a response. Is there an issue with their contact system? I reached out to them on twitter and they sent me the link of the contact page that I've been using and getting no response.

Ideally I will just use Amazons affiliate program instead at this point... but some products can only be monetized via ebay. Frustrating.

    Hi

Gee, I wish I could help more.I'm a little confused as to how you could be at a negative balance on sales attributed to the Traffic you sent.

Anyways, Do you have an ebay account connected to your partner network account? Ebay is notorious for bad customer service, it might help if you have an account and can use the support phone number (you need an account because they issue an identification pin)....I didn't see a phone number on the epn support page.

Don't know why they won't answer a support ticket on the epn side...as already stated....Ebay support sucks more than a little.

I'm not clear on what your issue with the two seperate sites is. As far as I know EPN and the AAF can coexist on the same site (as far as I know it's within the TOS of both programs, at least was up to 2015)

    Hope this helps
