Amazon associates product api no longer working

I noticed when i went to go install my plugin AzonAuthority... it utilizes the Amazon Product Advertising API... And I havent been accepted into the program yet, so I guess my plugins are USELESS... Ive spend money on plugins i can no longer use! Ive been trying to months to find different ways to make enough to get accepted into the program, and finally have a website that gets decent enough traffic in a targeted niche so I can finally start making some money with Amazon Associates, the plugin i was going to use was supposed to be the key component here... oh well.

Any workaround?

Sounds to me like the key component is getting accepted as an Amazon Associate. There will always be other plug-ins to use, but you're never going to make money with Amazon if they won't approve you in their program. Keep working on getting accepted.

Apply with a website which has good number of high quality contents, you will easily get approved for Amazon affiliate program.

Even for those that have been accepted as associates it does not automatically mean that you can use their API or use it forever.

If your plugin(s) are making many demands from the API but you are sending very little traffic to Amazon they will throttle back or stop it altogether.

They actually want to help associates, but they have little interest in a site that is hogging resources but not giving them anything in return.

Plugin creators will rarely tell you this.

    Read Amazon's terms of service.
