Variation in traffic between 2 of my almost similar videos

I created 2 very similar videos in Affiliate marketing niche. Both have almost similar tags. The only difference being that in:
1) In the first one I am explain about affiliate marketing by being in front of the webcam on the full screen.
2) In the second one, I explain the concept by sharing the desktop screen while my webcam shows me speaking at right-bottom of the screen.
Video 1 has so far got 1300 clicks and video 2 has received only 40 clicks so far. Is it just a coincidence or you really get more attention when you speak on full screen instead of sharing desktop screen?

You should try the 3rd version where you talk in front of the camera on the full screen with the motion background where you can show your desktop screen to people. Kind like weather channel presenter.

Thanks, So you mean to say, I will need two cameras for doing that? Or I have misunderstood your point

No. You can do it with just one camera. Just place your camera in front of you and your computer screen or TV behind/beside you. It's like making direct presentation to your viewer and you record it life with your camera.
Or you can explain your info using a whiteboard or large whitepaper on the wall behind you, just like a teacher in front of a class. This is simple, but somehow people tend to love to follow such life presentation where they can see a real person. And people can see if the presenter is real professional man or just a paid-actor. That's what made the count.

Frankly I liked your idea. I will have to create a setup for that in view of placing the laptop and the TV placements. But great insight! Thanks

Interesting Salsym. But there are so many factors going into a 1 vs 1 analysis it makes ya mad I say, create the next video versus getting addicted to outcomes with these 2. Although spotting patterns can help - maybe make the next video a presenter one since you nabbed so many shares - you want to think and act abundantly, focusing more on creating and less on analyzing the outcomes of your creations.

This is one secret to being all over the place in any niche buddy.

Yaa, You are right. But I just asked thinking why not take the advise when experts in forum are available.

Thanks guys for all the suggestions. Today, I tried something new and it worked. I started my new video by giving introduction by being in full screen and then I said, I would like to share my desktop for showing my points in details. And then I minimized myself at the lower right corner and started sharing my desktop on full screen.

That's the beauty of split testing!

I like to say that before you test, all you really have is a hypothesis.

After you test, you have something much more valuable, something that is absolutely precious... Data!

    Use it wisely my friend...
