Converting wordpress forms to Microsoft Word Docs

I really wasn't sure where to post this. I thought maybe programming, or web design, but then I thought maybe there's a plugin out there that might help me with this. So I've linked an image to clarify what I'm looking to do at the bottom.

I make sheets for real estate agents for a client of mine. And I'm looking for a way so users can fill out information in a form (like gravity forms, or contact form 7). Once they fill out the information, I'd like the information to somehow populate areas in a Microsoft word document that I already have "set fields" for. In a template document. I know I'll have to edit the document, but something like this would really streamline the process of creating these sheets for the businesses agents.

It doesn't have to be a Microsoft word document (although I would prefer it). But it does have to be something that either saves in some type of .doc/.docx-type file (an editable text format). It would also have to allow pdf exports. So Microsoft word seems like the ideal software. But I'm open to others.

I know it sounds like I'm overcomplicating the process, but this guy has over 100 agents, and they're constantly expanding, so this is something I can definitely utilize in the future. I'd appreciate any help on this topic!

Thanks in advance!

Some form plugins, such as Ninja Forms, allow form submissions to be saved as PDFs. It's a premium add-on.

Word can directly edit PDF documents and once you've got everything the way you want it, you can save as a DOCX.

    Would that work?

The easiest way to achieve this is probably going to just be Google Forms. The data can be made to populate a Google Spreadsheet that you can then export ad PDF or CSV.

. . . and these agents don't have mobile devices, smart phones, or computers that can read digital files?

I'm going to check this out. But is the information that's put into the forms able to populate some type of pdf template? So I could design the template (maybe with the plugin?), similar to the final pages I'd like them to look like (in microsoft word). Export the information to this templated pdf (which is similar to the style I designed), then have mic word able to edit the pdf file?

I also need the users to be able to pay for the service before they fill out the information. So I plan on using woo commerce to do this. Which I already have mostly set up.

The steps would look something like this (please add if you think i'm forgetting something):

    1. User purchases the service and pays through woo commerce paypal gateway.
    2. Make woo commerce only allow paying users to fill out their information in the forms.
    3. Woocommerce will contain and manage the membership permissions, so customers can edit their information. (But that's a functionality I can add in later. Right now, I just need to be able to automate some of the process.)
    4. They fill out their information using the forms, then i can export the information to a template pdf.
    5. Use Microsoft word to edit the pdf, then I'll have the users information on a template document to be printed out, or sent online.

Is this something I can do within the wordpress website? or would the users be forwarded to googles platform?

They probably do. Why do you ask?

You'd just hyperlink them to the Google Form which isn't a big deal, but yea it's not on your website it'll be a Google URL. You have your link open the Google Form in a new tab so they stay on your site still.

If you want the form to be on your Wordpress site, you could use Gravity Forms w/ Google Spreadsheets 'Zap Integration' mentioned here: https://www.gravityforms.com/form-en...google-sheets/

Just a quick reply to say I haven't done this particular thing so it's all theory based on other things I've done with Word over the years. Try it out and see is the best way to find out.

      Good luck.

I wasn't able to find a suitable fit for what I'm looking for. The biggest reason is because I'm trying to make it so I can keep customers staying on my site for this whole process. Definitely good stuff though, any additions to any ideas above?
