Can you monetize YouTube videos with AdSense without the YouTube review? (Guru claims you can)

I just watched a video where a YouTube guru is claiming he can instantly monetize our YouTube channels with AdSense and totally skip the YouTube channel review process, without breaking any of YouTube's rules.

As many of you already know, YouTube now has a rule that a YouTube channel must have 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time before a channel can be reviewed or considered for AdSense monetization.

The claim, therefore, that this guru is making appears to be impossible.

My question to my esteemed Warrior Forum colleagues, therefore, is whether any of you know of a way to monetize a YouTube channel with AdSense ads without going through the YouTube channel review process.

To me, this guru's claim just sounds too unbelievable and the fact that he's selling a $200 course in order to reveal this 'secret method' makes the claim seem even more incredulous.

If any of you do know of a way that makes it possible to do what this guru is claiming please share your thoughts here.

Thank you, Warriors.

Sincerely,

GratefulDad

Any time you are exposed to a "guru" claiming the impossible, run away as fast as you can. Sure, there may be times when the guru can do the impossible . . . but here's the thing: in the vast majority of cases you won't be able to pick the needle (exception) out of the haystack and you will lose your money.

All the more reason to leave your wallet in your pocket. Restraint is a virtue when the B.S. meter in your head goes off - especially when the "secret" or "magic" goes against known terms of service.

    Hi GD,

Self Proclaimed Guru = Believe Opposite.

As a rule too buddy, if someone says something fishy, watch a few more videos. Vet the guy/gal some. You will begin to spot patterns and get a feel for something being off.
