Content Everywhere Strategy

The importance to be everywhere belongs to the Zero Moment of Truth.

This is how google itself called the fact that when a potential lead, customer, etc, encounter your marketing material, he simply....

...google YOU.

Nowadays noone buys 'you' instantly. People wanna know you more. They wanna know where they're going to spend their hard earned money.

So even if Email Marketing has to be your core strategy to sell, you need different streams of organic traffic to acquire those leads and to persuade the prospects to buy from you.

You cannot only rely on paid advertising as before. The times of adwords and easy money has passed.

So you need to spread your content everywhere from different angles:

Angles like Youtube for educational videos.
Facebook videos for more direct contact.
Podcast for people who wanna hear from you while they're driving and have no time to read.
Blog for people who wanna go in deep.
Facebook Groups for creating a community.
Instagram: real people engage more.

Even Eben Pagan now is realizing that organic traffic is good, making direct fb videos.

If you see in fb advertising, now you can see more pics with internet gurus with their families, pets, in every day life. It's a strategy. They want to show you more intimacy.

Of course you still need money for paid advertising which cannot be avoid to have measurable results.

Spreading through multiple channels gives also the giant opportunity for retargeting.

And of course you cannot spread all your efforts in too many channels if you're just in the beginning process of your marketing.

What are in your opinion and experience other different channels you try to spread your content and what are the approach towards them?

    I hear that!

Content compounds over time; the more you create the bigger the rewards - at some unknown point in the future.

But when it happens the results begin to snowball, and the hard work eventually pays off...

IF... you're creating content that people want, and make sure they can find it.

Content marketing is possibly the hardest form of marketing that I have experience with, but it's the most rewarding.

Forums and basic email marketing. With forums you have people creating brand new content for you - without them even realizing it. With email marketing, you can create a basic signature at the bottom of your emails containing links to:

    1) Articles or a blog
    2) A refer-a-friend page (free traffic)
    3) Your affiliate program
    4) Sites like Slideshare
    5) Ebay

    Amen to that!

I tend to stick to forum posting, banner ads, and e-zine advertising.

Steady stream of traffic, and I get that ever present feeling in the eyes of my potential/current market.
