Do you, product owners and affiliates, operate your own administration for your site or do you outsource the job to someone else because you don't understand how to do this stuff?

I administer my sites as well, I just wanted to know what are other warrior members skill-set as opposed to their income levels.

  i run my own too...and a couple of others.
  
  My feeling is that our skill-sets are far greater than our income though.
  
  Maybe we all have it backwards. Dispite skills...we should get involved with outsourcing our tasks?

I admin my own sites and servers... Have hostgator but I have dedicated and they do not touch my server unless I say so ...

Host my own websites via my (leased) dedicated server, and administer and/or hand-code all my sites

I really enjoy that side of things (hence explaining why I was web developer and host before getting into IMing)

I administer my own site but use coders to do all programming and site architecture. Content is all user generated, so no worries there I also have a forum which I administer 100% but I do have 5 moderators which really helps to keep things in line.
