Create multiple and passive streams of income. Then you're free to do pretty much whatever you want, wherever you want to do it. Create your own income and never rely on a salary.

Three meaningless clich├ęs in that one, but not a record by any means as there is some very stiff competition on board. At least he didn't use the word, 'fear,' at any point.

As they say, the separation is in the preparation. I suspect that most people fail because they're desperate to make money (they don't have money available to properly fund their business or aren't thinking clearly/long-term and are just doing anything to try to get out of their desperate situation), or they simply don't understand how to research, plan and execute a strategy a business to give themselves the best chances at success.

There's a common saying: work on your business, not in your business.

When it comes to online businesses, that's what gives you the freedom to travel and work remotely. And if you properly research, plan and develop your business, you'll be able to work much less and accomplish much more by hiring the right people to execute your strategies. Which brings me to another saying:

Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs

Do what you do to build a thriving business anywhere on earth; learn a skill beneficial to humans, and build your friend network. Then add passive income streams to prosper while changing time zones, and to ensure you aren't tied to client meetings or other service based income streams totally non aligned with the traveling lifestyle.

Been circling the globe for 7 years as a pro blogger. Biggest difference between now and my homebody business days; adding and promoting passive income streams.

Warrior Marcia Yudkin has a report on her site, exactly about what your headline says. I think it is only 37 bux or so, check her out (google her).

Bill Myers has traveled in an RV several times, has good information about that.

Globe trotting Natalie Sisson blogged about her world adventures for years, 70 countries, 5 continents, while making 6 figures a year, check her out.

A few years back, I took a year to travel all over USA, made more money on the road than at home. It isn't rocket science, find a role model, adjust their methods to suit you.

While travelling you can do social marketing, freelance writing, can teach any
language. Just carry your laptop and access the internet, people can earn money while traveling too.

A friend of mine travels all the time... he takes photos and provides commentary of the locations he is visiting. He has a blog and is making okay money with it.

"OK money," is a relative term. Most bloggers can't afford to supersize their quarter-pounder meal, which many would consider, 'livin' large.'

When you think about it ...

The Internet is simply a tool that allows anyone with a connection to carry on business without regard to geography if the business is set up in the right way that enables the owner to do that.

In order to travel and still execute your business model, you just need to be sure you can connect to the Internet and that your business doesn't rely on your physical presence in a given location for anything.

Now having the money to afford to travel, and the lack of commitments back home that require your attendance, are additional issues that you'll have to resolve.

As far as I am concerned, anyone can design and execute a business meeting these factors ... but you'll have to understand what you're doing.

All the usual online business principles apply as always: being in a money niche with demand for your products, being able to create compelling offers, being successful at conversion, driving the necessary traffic, being able to service your customers, etc. None of this is location dependent.

In many ways ... it's just being able to execute business as usual ... but from varying locations and times.

I teach English in China - here's my list of perks and benefits of teaching at a university in China. You can make way more money teaching at a high school or kindergarten, but that's much harder work.

Basically I get around $1400 a month plus a free apartment. I only need to work for 8 months of the year so there's plenty of time to do side projects or do tourist stuff.

You do need a degree and a teaching certficate and also you need to be a native speaker. If you're not a native English speaker then your options are more limited. However there is also high demand for European language teachers (especially German teachers).

    This is kind of vague.
For me, the best way to do this is to create multiple streams of income and as much reoccurring income as you can. Outsourcing could help as well.

One of the most popular jobs that pay you to travel is English Teacher. Almost every country in the world is looking for English teachers, and in some places, they're DESPERATE for them. A large portion of these jobs require some sort of TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification from a reputable organization, but this can even be done online,

Typically, countries that are in need of English Teachers are willing to train and pay for visa (such as some countries in Asia and the UAE) while for some of the more desirable locations (like Italy and Spain) you'll be required to at least have your TEFL certification before applying.

You often don't need a ton of experience to land your first position, you can choose to go anywhere in the world, and you usually don't have to know the native language of a country in order to teach there. Salary is largely based on your chosen region and particular position, but there's no doubt that this could be a rewarding and enlightening mission, should you choose to accept it.
