what is the reason of User session duration time is 0

I have one question about the session duration time. As I found yesterday 400 out of 673 customers' session duration time is 0 on my landing page and bounce rate is 100% after click my Facebook ads.

Is that mean this users just bounce out my landing page without interact with second page or is it these users never visit my landing page?

This question will decide if should optimize my hosting or my landing page or my google ads.

My colleague in charge of Google ads thinks it because of the problem of hosting serving so that these users never has a chance to visit our site.

But I think these users visited our site but never has a chance to visit the second page.if one user never visit our site, there is no way that user ID would recorded on GA.

BTW, I am using the Linode VPS, the configuration is in below:

8 GB RAM
4 CPU Cores
160 GB SSD Storage
5 TB Transfer
40 Gbps Network In
5000 Mbps Network Out

Have you considered contacting "support" or the staff of your hosting account, or Google ads to answer your question?

The Warrior Forum is for discussion of Internet marketing methods ... not a support system for personal one-of-a-kind issues.

People here have no way of knowing what's going on with your hosting, your landing page, or your Google ads.

You are right. I should ask Google or Linode
