Marketing. Promote your blog with some sort of an incentive and they will come. I don't know how much visits your blog gets or what is it about, but if you promote it right, you should attract some interested journalists and writers.

IMO, if you plan to outsource all your blog posting, I think there may be better business models for you than blogging.

Nearly all of the very successful bloggers that I have followed have been people that write their own posts and capitalize on their own knowledge, experience, and personality. People follow them in their niche because they personally have something to offer that makes their blog unique, very helpful, and often very personal.

Some of these characteristics of successful bloggers that I have noticed are hard to duplicate when you outsource all your writing - especially to multiple writers.

I'm not saying that you can't be profitable if you outsource all your writing ... but to me, at least, it turns your business into an article directory instead of a blog and it removes the human personality factor which seems to be one of the main ingredients that attracts people to popular blogs.

I know others will feel differently ... and that's OK by me!

Hi Steve B and thanks for your kind response,
The trusted publisher is for my money-blog and there is not human personality.

However i agree with you, in fact i have another blog that i write e publish content with human personality after i studied personal branding and positioning.

Yep, I agree with Steve. A blog, by definition, is a personality-driven platform. What the OP is describing is more like a curated content site.

Nothing wrong with that model, but it still needs a clear identity of its own if it's going to attract a worthwhile following.

You can hire writers and again give the responsibility to someone among friends and family who knows about SEO related things and you can trust him/her. For this task, you have to also pay him/her.

I second the bond-building advice. Help writers out by promoting them and by commenting genuinely on their blogs. Friendships form. Trust builds. I deeply trust all my guest bloggers because I bonded with them over years.
