How I Scaled My Online Business To $100,000 Per Month

Hey Warriors!

It's been awhile and glad to see that this place is still going strong!

For the newer warriors or those that might not know me, I got my start here and was actually named one of the first verified sellers. There could be more now, but as I said it's been awhile!

I no longer sell warrior special offers these days, but maybe some time next year when I have more time I'll launch a course here again.

Anyways, I just wanted to give an update and let you know how I managed to scale my business to over 6 figures per month.

Also, the 6 figures/month is accounted for all of my businesses combined.

So here we go..

#1 I Took A Deep Dive Into Paid Traffic.

For years I either generated leads organically or with things like solo ads, but knew there had to be a better way to get high quality leads FASTER.

I began to study Facebook Ads and Google Adwords and I'll admit, I lost A LOT of money at first by making rookie mistakes, BUT finally got good at it!

The main thing to remember with Facebook is that it's a social media platform and you're literally trying to get someone who has never heard of you before to hand you money. The best way to do this is by building up a relationship with your audience first and THEN retarget people that know like and trust you with your offers.

With Google, we mainly use Youtube 'in stream' ads and the principle is the same. Build up trust first then retarget.

#2 I Launched An Agency

Before I go into this point, I DO NOT have any courses teaching how to start an agency. I mainly just teach how to sell courses or services period and that can be used to start an agency.

I'm actually against newbies trying to start an advertising agency that don't have a clue about paid traffic. I just don't believe in trying to do for others what you have not done for yourself.

Anyways, one of my friends noticed my results, asked if I would run some ads for him for a fee and so I did. By word of mouth and from others seeing my results, I got more and more clients paying me a solid monthly retainer.

This was one of the biggest contributing factors to me getting to 6 figures per month, but once again guys, I mastered paid traffic first and my agency came naturally. There's so many beginners that are wasting their client's money by claiming to be experts and don't know what they are doing.

Although, if you happen to know a thing or two about paid traffic, sales funnels or just marketing period. You can easily get businesses to pay you $1,000 + per month to help them. I have one business that pays me monthly just to help them with their mindset and to stay updated on what's working in the marketplace.

There's SO MANY different verticals you can take when it comes to running an agency....copywriting, email marketing, paid traffic and the list goes on. Pick one that you're good at and get you some clients!

#3 I Started Teaching High Ticket Sales

For years I had always gotten high paying clients for services and different gigs, but decided to take my shot at setting up a system to enroll clients more efficiently.

I found a system that worked and began teaching this to people in different industries ranging from personal trainers, yoga instructors, course creators etc and I make quite a bit just from teaching, but once again, I mastered it first then started teaching my methods.

That's pretty much it.

My business is very simple. I run an agency and teach people about high ticket sales, but the biggest thing you should get from this is the fact that everything happened naturally.

The problem with this industry is that there's too many people making money by teaching methods that are not even working for themselves.

Do first and then teach. This is how you create long-lasting wealth.

What's next for me?

Well I want to get into the SAAS business (selling software as a service) as I don't plan on coaching and running an agency all my life. I have a few ideas that I'm juggling around now but nothing set in stone yet.

Well, that's it..time for me to get to work.

Talk soon and look forward to seeing your comments!

Congratulations!!!! The reason most people dont' acheive the same success you have is because they don't commit. It seems that you have committed to being successful and you are now reaping the benefits!

My big Ah Ha moment came many years ago when I reverse engineered scaling through paid ads (Google Ads mainly back then, of course that has transitioned into FB and then Insta and YouTube today) - got me thinking how I can target the top 20% of my market with higher-end offerings with higher value which then leaves more margin to expansion, additional product development including paid ads as well as growing a small team.

Most people don't get that shift in mindset - once you decide to target the top of your market your frame of reference for products, services, offerings, etc... changes and you figure it out when at first you may have thought you couldn;t create that high-ticket offer.

Hey Jeff ( cool name hehe)

The high ticket items were mainly services for my marketing agency and you're absolutely right! Now that I made that shift of working with the top 10-20% in my market, it has definitely been a breath of fresh air and really expanded my mind.

A few years ago I could not imagine working with top level companies like I do now and it has definitely been an eye opener for me.

Great achievements. You have impressive potential. Thank you for sharing. Seeing that you are a 9-year member, may I ask how long did it take you throughout your journey to reach a point where you consider yourself successful? Good luck with your next project.

      Thanks Deevo..

Success is different for everyone. For me, I looked at myself being successful from the very beginning just by having a desire to be an entrepreneur and even with small wins.

Thanks, it varies..anywhere from 1500 to $30k depending on what all needs to be done BEFORE the ads begin to run. Some people need complete sales funnels, while others already have everything ready to go.

I was having success BEFORE starting an agency, it was just icing on the cake.

How much many you spend aproximatively until you see succes with paid traffic ?
That's too broad of a question to be honest. It really depends on what's being promoted, price-point, platform etc. There's way too many variables for me to give a number.

You can do that too! What we mainly do though is get people to watch value based videos then just retarget those that watch 50% or more.

Writeaway, when you build a relationship with audience and they buy from you, there is an option to create A LOOK ALIKE audience, audience with same interests, hobbies etc. that is when online business becomes an online ATM pretty much because you are targeting people who already buy your product/service.

The part where you said that "it came naturaly for you" is worth insane value to me. Its a validation that you really dont have to try that much. Just keep growing and the expodential growth will at some point devour everything around you

You are right. It's test about our perseverance. There is an inspirational story about Chinese bamboo tree.

Like any plant, growth of the Chinese Bamboo Tree requires nurturing - water, fertile soil, sunshine. In its first year, we see no visible signs of activity. In the second year, again, no growth above the soil. The third, the fourth, still nothing. Our patience is tested and we begin to wonder if our efforts (caring, water, etc.) will ever be rewarded. And then....in last six weeks it grow 80 feet tall.
