What service could I offer to Magicians?

I am in regular contact with many Magicians and was wondering what type of service I could offer them apart from websites?

I would think they might want:

More bookings at higher cost venues. But I don't know, so first thing is to find out what magicians are looking for, eh?

One service, if you're up to the work, would be a booking service, or new trick service, and since a magician just won America's Got Talent with some dazzling card tricks, they might want to know more about how to present themselves.

Depends, I would think, on what stage and where they are at in their journey to become a professional highly paid magican. Why are you in regular contact with them?

As a former professional magician I agree with everything Gordon said.

More higher paying gigs is going to be number one. You could do this acting as an agent handling bookings. You could also work as a publicist bringing more attention to your clients and their work.

Companies hire magicians for trade shows and also for entertainment at conferences. These are not easy gigs for performers to get.

Some magicians write books and sell products. You could help with their marketing.

They may need help knowing how to promote themselves on YouTube or Facebook.

Since you're in regular contact with them -- why not ask what they need help with?

Magicians like to make other people's money vanish, not their own. Therefore, you may not have much luck in what you're trying to do.

Create the match.com site for magicians and events (corporate/trade shows/etc...) - connect the two and take a fee. Of course you will need the marketing support such as videos, social media etc... I don't know the space, but did a lot of trade shows in the tech industry and my marketing folks were always seeking speakers and booth support. Perhaps corporate marketing groups are a target audience.

Do you mean like, this: https://www.magicshow.com/

Finding Magicians & Entertainers is easy with our new MAGIC website. Clients Search our website to instantly connect with Local Magicians & Entertainers. For Local Magicians and Entertainers, our website works as a powerful Search tool!

      or, this: https://magiciansandmagic.com/magicians-directory/

or, this: The Magician Directory - A Worldwide Directory of Magicians

"The Magician Directory is the largest definitive guide to the worlds' magicians, allowing potential bookers to find the perfect magical entertainer for their function or special event, whether they are looking for a local entertainer or an international entertainer."

There are many others, even though you might think that one would be enough. There is nothing that doesn't already exists on the Internet. Nothing at all.

      Cheers.

        Yep like those...

And yes, there is everything pretty much out there - doesn't mean you can't be a little different. Market to corporate marketing folks (although I am certain that is out there to), partner with conference show folks (like the Eventful Group who run numerous SAP events)... just Sunday morning brainstorm (or a light drizzle). Not my job to build the business.

Google on the challenges they are facing and see if you are able to help them solve it.

    Start your planning from there.

I'm sure they have the same problems as everyone else. Looking for work. What other problem do you think you can fix. Improving the 'magical abilities?'

What about poster design, logo deign, or copywriting? If you have a unique voice, you could also do voice-over work!

I tell you brother, it is easier to give a magician money than to get money from them. I doubt if this venture will succeed. Try something else.
