Keeping Track of Multiple Websites

For all you marketers, I wonder, how do you keep track of "Multiple Websites"? Obviously Affiliate Marketers sell a number of offers at once and need more than One or Two websites to sell each of their "Offers". My question is: How do you keep track of 5 or more websites, and the offer each site promotes? Do you keep them in a 3 ring binder, or do you just check your account with your web host? How do you keep track of things like Keywords for each website you have for each separate offer? I'd like to market multiple offers myself, but I don't know how to keep track of them all. I appreciate all replies. Thanks all.

I usually setup a Google Keep page for each website. That way I can access the information from my office computer, cell phone and laptop.

Because of electronic mishaps, I went OLD WORLD. A paper notebook with tabs. I keep all information about the sites, offers, times, etc. written by hand on PAPER, as long as it doesn't leave my house, or if I avoid my own stupidity (reading in bath tub?)...

It is always right at my fingertips. I call it my external brain. USE clouds, electronics, software, whatever works...but pen and paper is easy, cheap and reliable.

Generally spreadsheets and note taking apps are good way to keep track of things. I save everythign to a cloud account so they're easy to access.

As webmaster I know every site I'm working on by heart.
5 or 10, as soon I open site it comes back to me instinctively.
After all if you spent hours working on something, how difficult
would be to remember things you have created.

You can keep track of multiple websites and their performance in the google through google analytics. If your one website is different from other then you can take help of tool such as ahref, semrush etc. to make the report for keyword position on google.

If talking about offer promotion on different sites then you can take help of excel sheet for it.

You can make a good start at monitoring by tracking visitors with a tool like Statcounter. Free and paid versions with as many sites as you wish. More basic than Google analytics but it can give you a lot of information about what's happening on a site with a click or two.

You can also use a CRM like Zoho to log any other information you'd like to monitor and analyze.

Google Spreadsheets are extremely helpful & very convenient to use.
That's what I use to keep track of everything I do with multiple websites (like 100s).
You can customize the rows, columns, tabs, etc. plus it's free to use & can be kept in your Google Drive so it's updated real time.
