I was wondering the other day... We spend valuable time and money crafting your marketing messages, but do you really know what your company is saying? Sure we get traffic and sales, but sometimes the message we are sending isn't always the one that's being received. I think that it's important every once in a while to perform a marketing message audit. This is key especially where loyalty is concerned. You want to make sure that your message is consistent and it represents your brand image and ideals.
That said, outside of comments during website visits or purchases, on Facebook etc... I haven't found an easy way of doing this. Any automated ideas on this?
