Best advice for income method...... go gooo

So at the moment ive been building a text based online browser game. I get about 10 members a month and this stems from about 50 unique hits which generate a total of between 1500-2000 page views. So low unique users but high content viewing.

What is the best way to turn this situation into a way to generate income?

I want to get this correct before i push my development further.

you can start selling advertising on your site for other people in your market.

I would see about approaching gaming sites/forums that deal specifically with browser games and see about getting some content up on their site that links back to your game. Whether it be a paid review or something else.

Essentially, you need to go where your target audience hangs out online.

Insert some banner ads on your website, there are plenty of Ad networks out there.

Hey makhloufelghoumari - gaming is one of my niches.

I like the sound of your game. I doubt you'll be old enough to remember it (says the old fart at 43) but one of my favourite games as a kid was one called Sphinx Adventure, that I used to play on an Acorn Electron.

    Entirely text-based.

    Entirely addictive.

I'm digging into my memory banks, but I don't believe I've played a text-based game since. I can definitely see a market for it, though.

To give you an idea about some of the things I do in gaming:

    - Have my own games created.
    - Market my own games.
    - Run socials about gaming.
    - Run videos about gaming.
    - Promote games by other game studios.
    - Teach what I do.

On the information I have to go on, I'll give you my 2 cents.

    Monetisation.

Your easiest route here (very simple) is to run ads for your own affiliate network offers. It's one of the strategies that I use.

    Some examples:

    - PPL Game Offers (free join offers).
    - Amazon Associates (paid)
    - G2A Goldmine (good if you have traffic).

Out of those options, mate, I'd recommend PPL.

    Traffic.

    These are excellent paid sources:

    - Influencers
    - Smaller social account and channel owners.
    - FB Ads.
    - YT Ads.

Your other route (which you need to take) is to grow these:

    - Socials
    - YouTube Channel

These are the places that are performing very well for gaming:

    - YouTube Channel.
    - Twitch.
    - Instagram.
    - Snapchat.
    - Facebook.

    Best of luck, mate!

    - Tom

Through your gaming site, as an Affiliate, you can promote other games available in the same category. The points is, Suppose that Mr."B" is visiting your site and playing your game everyday. This means, he's interested at kind of games. You'll get better conversions.

I'd would say it's too early to be thinking about monetization - you need to increase your user base and learn what they easily adopt.... keep building and perhaps in a year or less with 10k active users - you could sell it off for some $$$$$

    my two cents ....
