One of my website is deindexed by Google? Help me what to do in this situation?

I use to check indexing status using webcache regularly. Last week I am shocked on seeing that my website was removed by Google from Indexing. I checked the indexing status using "site: my website name" but home page and some inner pages are not appearing in that result. I've also checked Webmaster for Penalty or spamming or even hacking issue but my site is free from such issues. Please help me what may be the possible reason behind deindexing of my website.

      No, it is an approx 2 years old website. It was performing better in terms of ranking and other seo factors. It was also in google indexing last month. I'm unable to identify the root cause of this issue.
