I would suggest you to reconsider of buying .com extension.
Also, find exact domain name you like in advance.
Although you said you might not need it at the moment, such small investment of several bucks could save you much trouble in next phase when, hopefully, your company would need more online presence.

Novel idea... offer a prize and then tell everyone you have gone with something a friend suggested.

Wonder if I could get away with that on my website. Offer an incentive and then at the end go with 'oh didn't I tell you all, I like something my friend provided'.

Mmmm after thinking about this for a nanosecond I don't think I will instigate this mode of incentive on my website.

When I 1st started an SEO company many years ago,
I named it InfiniteHits.

I thought it was a pretty good name.

In my early Internet naivety I forgot to renew the domain name and lost it.
Looks like it's for sale now though, so you could have a company name and the .com domain.

Infinitehits.com - traffic Resources and Information.This website is for sale!

Oh and BTW if you like the name you can have it. You don't have to pay me anything.

Hmm..how come majority of the people are offering names with SEO within? For branding purposes...it's not exacting needed.

Winson if you google seo in singapore, you'll find that most of the companies don't have the word SEO in their names. Nor do US companies, if you got marketingsherpa access, you'll find tons of US seo company names like icrossing.com etc.

Branding wise, i don't think having SEO within your need is needed. Especially if in the future your service offering expands.

I completely agree! The term SEO may be familiar to you, but the rest of the non-IM world will have no idea. Use a name that they can relate with and remember.
