A Client Of Mine Has His Google Business Listing Taken Hostage By Marketing Company

Hello Warriors!

A client of mine needs access to his Google Business listing but his previous marketing company has gone silent.

Is there a way to take down a previous listing because it's managed by people who are not the owners?

Has your client contacted google about the biz listing. They can help in a situation if he can prove he owns the business and the location.

I'm also experiencing the same issue, I have submitted a recommendation to google and asked for help.

As the business owner has the phone number, use that phone number to call Google support and ask them to move the management permission from the old email to new email.
