I have heard a lot about free gift module that it helps in increasing websites sale and also customer's engagement. Does it really work?

    People love free. It is actually really amazing. If you offer them a Hershey Kiss for say 10 cents and a Lindt chocolate for 20 cents, they will jump at the Lindt chocolate because well - it is a better experience. If you offer the Hershey chocolate for free and the Lindt for 10 cents - same price difference for the better experience, everyone takes the the Hershey chocolate. Free engages - yes it does work (in most cases).

    Of course it works. The free gift model has been working for a very long time and won't stop anytime soon.
