Affiliate tracking/link issues

Hi,

I am having an issue with my tracking/affiliate link with an ad network I am working with.

I have searched the forums but couldn't find anyone who has had similar issues so it could be something I am doing wrong.

When I click my affiliate link, only 1 out of 5 times it goes to the offer, the rest of the time it redirects to random sweepstake sites as well as sites such as:

track.voltrknc1.com (403 forbidden page)
kohnurspat.xyz
tracking.pzzaz.com (blank page)

Its frustrating as I have put quite a bit of time into my landing page, I only realised this issue at the last stage of my testing.

Has anyone experienced this before?

    The most obvious thing to do is check with whomever gave you the link. Also, you may be having problems if your link is cloaked. Is there a site/back office you can visit to see your stats?

    You might want to make use of link tracking service like ClickMagick or Clickmeter to double check any discrepancies and see what IPs are actually doing the clicking.

    Lastly, you may simply be working with a fraudster. If it's a relatively common product or service you're promoting you can look for a legitimate one. I don't know your development skills, but if you are using Wordpress or a landing page service it shouldn't be too difficult to change the details on your site.

    Have you contacted the network and let them know what is happening.

    The network is going to be the only ones to resolve the issue.

    I would reach out to your AM to confirm what's going on here.

    Are you in the country which the offer is Valid for? My only thought is this could be a geo redirect.
