You probably need more than one freelancer.

First, for the email series, a good writer is necessary, unless it's already written.

Second, for uploading videos and document, a virtual assistant can help.

Third, for your squeeze page, you may need a web designer or coder, depending on whether you've already created this or not.

Fourth, for connecting MailChimp, this should be done by the designer you hire for your squeeze page.

Finally, I think all of these tasks could be done by the right virtual assistant, but you may find hiring someone for each task is better. A writer for the emails, a designer/coder for the squeeze page and a VA for the rest.

    Hope this helps!

Pretty much anyone who develops websites should be able to do everything on your list. I'd just post a job on UpWork with your requirements and hire someone there.

Anyone can do these stuff if you teach him first.
So find a "VA" (Virtual assistance) on platforms like upwork or fiverr.
They do all kinds of stuff, so you just have to teach him how to do it.
    And your job is done.

I agree with the other people that replied here.

Pick a VA either from fiverr.com or upwork.com that has tech skills.

Even if the VA doesn't know exactly how to do certain things, they will go the extra mile to learn ( searching tutorials on the mighty G ) or you can send them links to tuturials to make their job easier ( for example for setting up email series in MailChimp point them to https://mailchimp.com/help/create-an-automation/ ).

Fiverr won't give you a freelancer with all these qualities, try upwork or freelancer.com instead.

OP what's your budget? At under around $15/hr I don't think you're going to find a single person who can do all those things. Above that level I think you can...we have an American 1099 tech guy who can do all that and for us his rates are very reasonable.

For myself, I'd rather pay a little more (ie. $15-20/hr instead of $5) and know the job has been done right. Some weeks we work him at 100%+ and other weeks it's more like 80% of capacity, so if you want to talk to him about picking up any extra hours, PM me.
