Yes. Go further and write your own content if you want content that's actually worth it for SEO.

Yes this will surely have some impact on your impressions in SERP. It might be either positive or negative.

  • It is important to have unique content than just copying and to have few words or title changed if you want better search engine results.

Are you asking if some changes into a paragraph and completely change your title could improve your rankings? Yes, it could.
If you want to copy articles from your website/competition, change few words and another title could help you rank, I don't think so. You have to completely rewrite that paragraph and title could be approximately the same, if that's #1 position.

It would make the SEO *a little* better.

But if you want to see a big SEO difference, rewrite the entire article and keep writing like crazy, practicing diligently. Takes some writing skills to tighten up your SEO game.

It depends where you got the content from and if it's already been indexed by the search engines.

The best way to check this word for word is with a service like copyscape.com. You can put your website url in or just paste the article and it will tell you if anywhere else on the web has the same text and the percentage and words that match yours. THen you just need to change those words in your article to be unique. copyscape.com is a paid service but is very cheap at just a few cent's per search.

If you want a free way to check but a bit less effective you can just paste a line of your article into google search in "" ie "put your article line of text here" and google will show you anything in its index that exactly matches that text. If it finds nothing the chances are you will be okay to use the content, but if it finds other sites with the same content you will need to change the text that matches yours as it will do very little to help you rank, and in fact my hurt your overall rankings.

In a nutshell is you use duplicate content on your site that is already indexed by the search engines you won't rank for it.

    Hope this helps.

Changing some words in paragraph won't improve your ranking, thats for sure.
But changing the title can heavily impact your rankings if your new title and content satisfy the user intent.
You may not know this but updating your content over time is a great ranking factor for Google.
    So update it periodically.
