Website Flipping?

There's a bunch of articles on how to sell your website but i'm lazy to read all of them and wanted to pick the brains of you guys instead .

So where do you sell your sites? and what determines the price of the sites you sell? Say i've got a couple of sites that have about 2-3k visitors per month with pr1-2. What would you do to set the price and where do you sell it?

    The price depends on several factors.

    Is your site making money?
    How many visitors you are getting a month?
    What niche is it?

    The market usually determines the price.

    Yea i've got one or two sites making me an average of $200 per month off clickbank products per site and traffic is gained from organic results. I get an average of 1-2k visitors per month and it's in the health niche. But i don't know if i should sell it or keep it lol. Did think of selling it for a big profit but i really don't know how to get the best price for it.

      For site buyers, adsense revenue is generally preferred as it is seen as passive income. A site with $60 a month adsense can make $300-$400 . With a clickbank affiliate site, $200 per month revenue would go for maybe $350-$400 perhaps more.

      Other factors come into play such as the uniqueness of the design, photo images etc. The amount of unique articles, rankings if any, niche and backlinks. So prices can vary widely.

    For a website with all organic traffic (read autopilot) you should ask for at least 4-6 times monthly revenue. Are there any other costs associated with your product that suck up that profit?

    If you're interested in building a business quicker, I would flip the site. That way you've got more capital to work with up front. If you're just a part-timer, hold on to it.
