How would you rate the warrior forum support?

Hi Warriors,

I had two problems solved and the patience
of the warrior helpdesk is really awesome. Thanks!

I rate Thomas 10 from the rating of 1 to 10.
Wow, this forum is really great. With my 4 years
here in the warrior forum, I could say....4 thumbs
up including my feet

What is your experience warriors?

    I've been a member for several years, and the few times I needed support it was there in a flash.

    I really respect the extent that the administration has gone to, to keep this such a positive and helpful place

    In my experience the Support Desk is the best I've used and has set the bar high for all online help desks, including my own.

    When I requested a name change (to my own name) - it was done - instantly!

    For other tickets he is super helpful and fast - and I live in Ireland. I don't think he sleeps at all.

    Thomas is a legend... but who is he?

      With my Private Workshops, there were always a few who PMd me because they had trouble with access or some such problem. I'd send them to Help Desk and all was magically solved. Thumbs up guys!

    I may be on coffee overload but methinks Thomas actually solved one issue I experienced before I submitted the help ticket.

    What a great world it would be if ALL customer service was as responsive, caring and skilled as Thomas.
