Solo Ad Platform Pool - Ad Network Style
is there a solo ad platform where I just create an ad and it just delivers. These solo ad people overprice their clicks without the ability to show me results - lacking basic marketing knowledge.
I want to know if there is a ad network that will be able to deliver and properly price base on the performance like any typical ad network - it has to have a proper bidding style as well.
is there anything like this out there?
