Big Data, what's the best analysis tool to be used?

I'm a digital marketer and marketing manager and have been in this industry for about 12 years now. I have basic knowledge of JS and HTML of course, but not a programmer or developer by any means. Recently I have started to read more about Bigdata and quite interested to know more. Now here are my questions from this community, mostly I want to see what others thinks and if you have experience with Big Data analysis, I'd love to be in touch.

- Which tool would be the best tool for big data analysis to learn considering I'm interested in analysis and marketing use of data and not the programming side of things
- Is it worth it in your opinion to learn big data analysis without coding knowledge?
