Google not giving value to the low quality backlins through bookmarking , classified etc.

There we submit very thin content so it hard to found and index by google crawler

Off page optimisation is basically citation and link building.

Not all links you create will show as indexed in Google. But your link profile is different.

Just because you can't find the link you built, doesn't mean Google hasn't taken it into account.

You should choose relevant high PA and DA websites to create backlinks for your website, because high PA & DA website crawled timely by search engines, that's why the chance of indexing your webpage goes to increase.

They need time to be indexed, if they are indexed at all.

It's never been more difficult to get quality links and citations. If the techniques you're using for posting articles, getting links, etc. aren't working, it's possible you're just not getting content on quality pages google indexes.

    My suggestion is:

    1. Before you EVER pursue a link opportunity, make sure the site it will be posted on is itself indexed in google. Make sure the page it will be on (or at least a few pages of the site) are cached.
    2. Make sure that the site isn't obviously selling links or doing something else it shouldn't be.

Essentially realize there are NO easy links anymore. Any link or citation that is easy to get is one that you don't want anyway. Adjust your strategy accordingly.
