I have planned a few offers to promote. But I am not getting my hopes high. In fact I never think that they will work out even though if I have a very good business plan.

should have been ready for christmas by August at the latest.

If you have a list in the appropriate niches it would be a good time to write up some promotional emails.

you might be able to still get some sales with amazon if you are not already prepared by using ads such as facebook

I agree. It's alwsys best to be ready early. Unfortunately not everyone is I'm guessing.

I still think there is time left depending on the promotion methods.

Personally, when I ran my business, full-time, I basically took off from the 15th of December until around January 5th, or so. That break enabled me to tackle the new year with an inordinate amount of energy and clearheadedness. I came back like a man on mental steroids with an improved perspective. No amount of money that I could have made during that period would have been worth the trade-off.

I can assure you that if you spend your life trying to wring every penny out of every day of your life, in your own mind, no matter how much money you make, it will never be enough.

I loathe trite clichés, but in my old age I have come to better understand their place, so here's two for you. "Man does not live by bread, alone" and "Stop and smell the roses."

Oh, let's not forget, "Life is short." That one is my absolute favorite, because it can't be refuted, at any level.

  there's a market behind that notion, it's as real as it gets.
  
  That "myth" is making people money.

Online wise we were ready for Christmas and New Years long ago.

Offline wise I recently rented two old barns to store all of the things purchased for the 2019 spring and summer flee markets.

When scouting auctions for lot sales I ran across a farmer that was selling dirt! Dirt of all things! Checked with a few construction companies and landscaping companies and I was surprised how much "clean dirt" costs. A lot more than I thought. That is something I plan to sell in the coming months.

I did hear successful UK Internet marketer Sarah Staar say that she ran a great email affiliate promotion the day after Christmas several years ago.

A lot of people are itching to get back to their computers (and avoid the family in some cases?!) after Christmas. I am going to promote on Boxing Day too - will see what happens.

This is the time of year when I hit the stores for clearance items or after Christmas Sales and flip the items on ebay. Lowes Stores usually has a cart with products at drastic discounts that are easy to flip. Will do that again this year. Most profitable item was a special order faucet that was returned the one year.
