What is the best way to market my service?

What is FlexxiFit?

FlexxiFit is a platform that signs up fitness centres or gyms. Each fitness centre has a tier set to it based on the facilities it offers.

We sell 7 day passes to our users that allow unlimited access to the fitness centres. These passes also have a tier that corresponds to the fitness centre tiers.

Problem:
We have attempted to offer a free weekly pass with no success at all. This is meaning, no-one has activated the pass.

If I search for 'flexxifit' in google search - first result is flexxfit.com (no 'i') selling exercise clothes.

I did find your site but there is nothing to tell me whether any gyms in my area participate in your program. For a service of this type I would expect to find maps showing participting gyms in my area or in travel destinations.

It is an interesting concept - if you can find the market for it.

    Youtube & Facebook.
You need to show the places and the people joined in your club in real with simple videos.
A lot of videos about daily activity happening in such places.
You just need to offer your app download in the end of each videos and perhaps along with the videos as lower third info.
You may also need to try a member activates a member program to make sure that the previous members will activate their first week pass and hopefully use it for real, by giving more gimmicks.
    Hope it helps!

You need to get the world out by creating YouTube advertising videos, Infographics, email marketing campaigns, social media like Instagram and Facebook. Create your own hashtags. Use Pay Per Click Advertising like Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.

Most fitness centers in my area have very low monthly fees with no commitment. I am not sure if people would buy from you especially "tiers" of service when they can go to any town find a fitness center and get a month for $10.00

how many user base you have? Building something new can be very hard in the beginning, and it all comes to the numbers game, to have more early adopters ... also why don't you try to talk to those people, maybe they'll get it if they have 30 days access to the gym from your deal?

This isn't clear to me. And if it isn't clear to me, it ain't clear to other people.

I don't really understand what you're selling, or your plan to reach the people who might like to buy it.

    Who owns the fitness centers?

What partner arrangements do you have with them?

What distribution channels do you have access to that you're using to get in front of potential customers with?

What distribution channels do you WANT TO have access to, to get in front of more potential customers...and what are you doing about that?

How are you arranging the tier structure and the partnerships with the gyms? Are you expanding the number of gyms you're working with, or proving the concept with a small number first (as I would)?

Probably Most Important: How are you targeting people in the local areas of the existing partner gyms?

I see some kind of Conversion tool but zero Traffic generation, and without that you'll never get anywhere. People aren't going to "stumble onto" your website.
