How do you get free traffic to your leads magnets ?

Hey everyone, I was wondering how you get free traffic to your lead magnets ?

I tried to get traffic from Instagram influenceurs but I only got about 35 visits.
It seems really low, considering that they had something like 3500 subscribers each one and that I was paying them at Cost Per Lead.

Do you have some tips to get free traffic ? Maybe getting some backlinks, but how ?
I can also pay at Cost Per Lead, but I can't pay before getting a lead.

At this time my goal is to get 50 leads for free, that would be great !

    1. Post you offer in Facebook 'Post Your Ad For Free' sites.
    2. Keep increasing your number of Facebook and Instagram friends. Send them a message occasionally about your free offer. But keep it to a minimum and do not spam.
    3. Keep recruiting Twiiter friends and pin your offer to the top of your feed.
    4. You have no Signature for your Warrior Forum posts. Make your offer your signature.
    5. Develop a blog and optimize for search including your free offer page.
    6. Create some videos related to your offer, create a YouTube channel, and add the link to your offer in the description box provided.
    7. Add photos to your offer on Pinterest with links.

    You said 50 leads for free. These will all work over time, but certainly guarantee they will work over night.

      To add to that, personally i've been adding facebook friends that are interested in the same stuff i am, and have a CTA in my profile page, and that works quite well.

      3,5k instagram followers (i imagine you meant there), aren't really that many...Also, it depends for how long the influencer post was posted and the engagement! Did you check to see if they were real people? Some influencers buy followers to then sell shoutouts.

    One of my traffic sources is safelists. You get some serious traffic if you blow steam to it (spend advertising $$$).

    Build a blog up. Research keywords and do SEO to rank your site.

    Join forums that are relevant to your niche. Help people with their questions and include a link to your opt-in page in your signature.

    Answer questions and help people on Quora. Link to your page.

    Post in relevant Facebook groups.

    You can use solo ads, but I would only do that if your niche is related to work from home or some sort of online marketing.


    I say that because of the nature of solo ads.

    I would focus on one free method and make yourself a master at that otherwise you will find you're speading yourself too thin.


    Facebook is great for getting organic traffic - maybe start with a fan page and add a few friends each day - find people who are responding to comments etc on other pages/groups - in your niche.



    Over time you can create a Facebook group and do the same: invite friends gradually. Interact with people, persuade them to comment - post useful, valuable content and you will be well on your way.

    I'd like to add another step to the Facebook suggestions...

    Try to find groups that allow you to promote your sign-up page,
    preferably on a regular basis. I.e., every Friday is promo day.

    There are quite a few of those!

    Of course the other group members should be in your target audience.

    What's working best for you right now?

    Often times, I can go into any business and see where they
    can get more traffic, simply by leveraging what they're getting now.

    Do you get ANY from any source, other than instagram influencers?

    Are you on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, or other social media?

    Do you do blogging, content marketing, or other organic SEO stuff?

    Heck, you can get leads offline too, using press releases and writing
    for local publications.

    The key is to find what's working best and try to leverage/scale that.

    If not, you're starting from scratch.

    If you ARE starting from scratch, think of ways you can GIVE
    value first, to either another business owner or the market
    place.

    That's how the market works, typically, is you GIVE first and then
    get traffic.

    It's usually tough to get traffic first without giving.

    But even if you had a small budget, if you want to get leads faster...
    your best bet is paying for traffic through social, search, etc..

    Instagram influencers are good, but you gotta have something
    to offer them first, or have some kind of connection/budget.

    I know for myself... when I stopped thinking "how can I get leads/traffic"
    and instead, started thinking "how can I help more people/give value"...
    the traffic would be easier to find and get.

      My only traffic source is Instagram, but I didn't thought to give value instead of searching for traffic. I'll do that, it seems to be an excellent idea.

    There are Hundreds of strategies, ways and tactics that may work for you and may not work forme. But Every platform has rules. remeber. if your blog looks like a Ghost town, no visitors and no subscribers. You have to write one single high quality article and get it published in a popular blog to attract responsive visitors.

    One more thing, focus on one source of traffic, Learn about Youtube, master it and learn its secret.
    drive value and Book, you 'ill start seeing people coming into your blog for a reason, you know the answer. Good luck

    What niche is your lead magnet in? Also do you have a website?

    For short time, you can try SEM like google, facebook etc. and if you want it permanent then you will have to promote via free link building. Link building doesn't give an instant result to us, the result of it will reflect after 2 months. So try free link provider services.

    I have just started posting my free Christmas crafting training to Facebook groups...It's quite time consuming unless you automate it (Don't know of any F.B post automation tools) But it seems to be doing ok.

    Free traffic is pretty simple. You have forums, blogs, Youtube... the worst ways to get free traffic are with traffic exchanges, classified ad sites (excluding Craigslist for physical items), free for alls, ad swaps, and even those "blast your ad to 30,000,000 people sites). You just have to be continuous with your free traffic agenda. And consider guest blogging also and joint ventures also.

  • The Best way you can do it is with youtube . There is no other easy way to get traffic .

    Start a channel on it you don't have to be on the camera to make videos. It is still very underrated for traffic .

    How much is your time worth to you? Would you rather spend an hour of tedious, mind-numbing effort with no guarantee of results, or spend money only after visitors have clicked your ad and landed on your site? People always say "free" traffic when there is no such thing. You pay with time or money and the time-intensive methods are the least effective.
